Han svarede: 'Han bør ikke bære en skjorte, en turban, bukser, en hovedkappe eller beklædningsgenstand duftende med safran eller Wars (typer af parfumer). Narrated Ibn `Umar:A man asked the Prophet (ï·º) : "What (kinds of clothes) should a Muhrim (a Muslim intending to perform
`Umra or Hajj) wear? He replied, "He should not wear a shirt, a turban, trousers, a head cloak or
garment scented with saffron or Wars (kinds of perfumes). And if he has no slippers, then he can use
Khuffs (socks made from thick fabric or leather) but the socks should be cut short so as to make the
ankles bare." (See Hadith No. 615, Vol. 2).

" لاَ يَلْبَسِ الْقَمِيصَ وَلاَ الْعِمَامَةَ وَلاَ السَّرَاوِيلَ وَلاَ الْبُرْنُسَ وَلاَ ثَوْبًا مَسَّهُ الْوَرْسُ أَوِ الزَّعْفَرَانُ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدِ النَّعْلَيْنِ فَلْيَلْبَسِ الْخُفَّيْنِ وَلْيَقْطَعْهُمَا حَتَّى يَكُونَا تَحْتَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ ".

Fortalt af `Aisha: Under Allahs Sendebuds sidste Hajj antog jeg Ihram for Hajj sammen med Allahs Apostel. Narrated `Aisha:In the last Hajj of Allahs Messenger (?) I assumed the Ihram for Hajj along with Allah Apostle. I was one of
those who intended Tamattu` (to perform Hajj and `Umra) and did not take the Hadi (animal for
sacrifice) with me. I got my menses and was not clean till the night of `Arafa I said, "O Allahs
Apostle! It is the night of the day of `Arafat and I intended to perform the Hajj Tamattu` with `Umra.
Allahs Messenger (?) told me to undo my hair and comb it and to postpone the `Umra. I did the same and
completed the Hajj. On the night of Al-Hasba (i.e. place outside Mecca where the pilgrims go after
finishing all the ceremonies of Hajj at Mina) he (the Prophet) ordered `Abdur Rahman (`Aishas brother)
to take me to at-Tan`im to assume the lhram for `Umra in lieu of that of Hajj-at-Tamattu` which I had
intended to perform.

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ أَهْلَلْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، فَكُنْتُ مِمَّنْ تَمَتَّعَ، وَلَمْ يَسُقِ الْهَدْىَ، فَزَعَمَتْ أَنَّهَا حَاضَتْ، وَلَمْ تَطْهُرْ حَتَّى دَخَلَتْ لَيْلَةُ عَرَفَةَ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَذِهِ لَيْلَةُ عَرَفَةَ، وَإِنَّمَا كُنْتُ تَمَتَّعْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ. فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" انْقُضِي رَأْسَكِ، وَامْتَشِطِي، وَأَمْسِكِي عَنْ عُمْرَتِكِ ". فَفَعَلْتُ، فَلَمَّا قَضَيْتُ الْحَجَّ أَمَرَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ لَيْلَةَ الْحَصْبَةِ فَأَعْمَرَنِي مِنَ التَّنْعِيمِ مَكَانَ عُمْرَتِي الَّتِي نَسَكْتُ.

Fortalt af Aisha: En gang midt om natten gik Allahs sendebud ud og bad i moskeen og nogle mænd bad med ham. Næste morgen talte folk om det, og flere mennesker samledes og bad sammen med ham (den følgende nat). De cirkulerede nyhederne om morgenen, og så den tredje nat steg antallet af mennesker meget. Allahs sendebud kom ud og de bad bag ham. Den fjerde nat blev moskeen overvældet af folket, indtil den ikke kunne rumme dem. Allahs sendebud kom kun ud til Fajr-bønnen, og da han var færdig med bønnen, stod han over for folket og reciterede 'Tashah-hud' (jeg vidner om, at ingen har ret til at blive tilbedt undtagen Allah, og at Muhammed er hans apostel) , og sagde så: 'Amma ba'du. Narrated Aisha:Once in the middle of the night Allahs Messenger (?) (p.b.u.h) went out and prayed in the mosque and some
men prayed with him. The next morning the people spoke about it and so more people gathered and
prayed with him (in the second night). They circulated the news in the morning, and so, on the third
night the number of people increased greatly. Allahs Messenger (?) (p.b.u.h) came out and they prayed
behind him. On the fourth night the mosque was overwhelmed by the people till it could not
accommodate them. Allahs Messenger (?) came out only for the Fajr prayer and when he finished the
prayer, he faced the people and recited "Tashah-hud" (I testify that none has the right to be
worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is His Apostle), and then said, "Amma badu. Verily your
presence (in the mosque at night) was not hidden from me, but I was afraid that this prayer (Prayer of
Tahajjud) might be made compulsory and you might not be able to carry it out."

" أَمَّا بَعْدُ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَخْفَ عَلَىَّ مَكَانُكُمْ، لَكِنِّي خَشِيتُ أَنْ تُفْرَضَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَتَعْجِزُوا عَنْهَا ". تَابَعَهُ يُونُسُ.

حَدَّثَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ حَسَّانٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، سَأَلْتُ أَنَسًا ـ رضى الله عنه ـ كَمِ اعْتَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ أَرْبَعٌ عُمْرَةُ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فِي ذِي الْقَعْدَةِ، حَيْثُ صَدَّهُ الْمُشْرِكُونَ، وَعُمْرَةٌ مِنَ الْعَامِ الْمُقْبِلِ فِي ذِي الْقَعْدَةِ، حَيْثُ صَالَحَهُمْ، وَعُمْرَةُ الْجِعْرَانَةِ إِذْ قَسَمَ غَنِيمَةَ أُرَاهُ حُنَيْنٍ. قُلْتُ كَمْ حَجَّ قَالَ وَاحِدَةً.

Narrated Qatada:I asked Anas (about the Prophets `Umra) and he replied, "The Prophet (?) performed `Umra when the
pagans made him return, and Umra of al-Hudaibiya (the next year), and another `Umra in Dhi-l-Qada,
and another `Umra in combination with his Hajj."

(about that) and he said, "Abandon your `Umra, undo and comb your hair, and assume Ihram for
Hajj;." When it was the night of Hasba, he sent `Abdur Rahman with me to at-Tan`im and I assumed
Ihram for `Umra (and performed it) in lieu of my missed `Umra.

organs of some of us are dribbling (if we finish Ihram and have sexual relations with our wives)?" The
Prophet heard that and said, "Had I known what I know now, I would not have brought the Hadi. If I
did not have the Hadi with me I would have finished my Ihram." `Aisha got her menses and
performed all the ceremonies (of Hajj) except the Tawaf . So when she became clean from her
menses, and she had performed the Tawaf of the Ka`ba, she said, "O Allahs Messenger (?)! You (people)
are returning with both Hajj and `Umra and I am returning only with Hajj!" So, he ordered `Abdur
Rahman bin Abu Bakr to go with her to at-Tan`im. Thus she performed `Umra after the Hajj in the
month of Dhi-l-Hijja. Suraqa bin Malik bin Jusham met the Prophet (?) at Al-`Aqaba (Jamrat-ul Aqaba)
while the latter was stoning it and said, "O Allahs Messenger (?)! Is this permissible only for you?" The
Prophet replied, "No, it is for ever (i.e. it is permissible for all Muslims to perform `Umra before
Hajj."

`Umra in lieu of the abandoned one. Aisha completed her Hajj and `Umra, and no Hadi, Sadaqa
(charity), or fasting was obligatory for her.

Han sagde: "Der er ingen skade i det, da du er en af Adams døtre, og det samme er skrevet for dig som for andre." Narrated `Aisha:We set out assuming the Ihram for Hajj in the months of Hajj towards the sacred precincts of Hajj. We
dismounted at Sarif and the Prophet (?) said to his companions, "Whoever has not got the Hadi with him
and likes to make it as `Umra, he should do it, but he who has got the Hadi with him should not do it."
The Prophet (?) and some of his wealthy companions had the Hadi with them, so they did not finish
Ihram after performing the `Umra. The Prophet (?) came to me while I was weeping. He asked me the
reason for it. I replied, "I have heard of what you have said to your companions and I cannot do the
`Umra." He asked me, "What is the matter with you?" I replied, "I am not praying." He said, "There is
no harm in it as you are one of the daughters of Adam and the same is written for you as for others.
So, you should perform Hajj and I hope that Allah will enable you to perform the `Umra as well." So,
I carried on till we departed from Mina and halted at Al-Mahassab. The Prophet (?) called `Abdur-
Rahman and said, "Go out of the sanctuary with your sister and let her assume Ihram for `Umra, and
after both of you have finished the Tawaf I will be waiting for you at this place." We came back at
midnight and the Prophet (?) asked us, "Have you finished?" I replied in the affirmative. He announced
the departure and the people set out for the journey and some of them had performed the Tawaf of the
Ka`ba before the morning prayer, and after that the Prophet (?) set out for Medina.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَفْلَحُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مُهِلِّينَ بِالْحَجِّ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ، وَحُرُمِ الْحَجِّ، فَنَزَلْنَا سَرِفَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لأَصْحَابِهِ " مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْىٌ، فَأَحَبَّ أَنْ يَجْعَلَهَا عُمْرَةً، فَلْيَفْعَلْ وَمَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ هَدْىٌ فَلاَ ". وَكَانَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَرِجَالٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ ذَوِي قُوَّةٍ الْهَدْىُ، فَلَمْ تَكُنْ لَهُمْ عُمْرَةً، فَدَخَلَ عَلَىَّ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَنَا أَبْكِي فَقَالَ " مَا يُبْكِيكِ ". قُلْتُ سَمِعْتُكَ تَقُولُ لأَصْحَابِكَ مَا قُلْتَ فَمُنِعْتُ الْعُمْرَةَ. قَالَ " وَمَا شَأْنُكِ ". قُلْتُ لاَ أُصَلِّي. قَالَ " فَلاَ يَضُرَّكِ أَنْتِ مِنْ بَنَاتِ آدَمَ، كُتِبَ عَلَيْكِ مَا كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِنَّ، فَكُونِي فِي حَجَّتِكِ عَسَى اللَّهُ أَنْ يَرْزُقَكِهَا ". قَالَتْ فَكُنْتُ حَتَّى نَفَرْنَا مِنْ مِنًى، فَنَزَلْنَا الْمُحَصَّبَ فَدَعَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ، فَقَالَ " اخْرُجْ بِأُخْتِكَ الْحَرَمَ، فَلْتُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ، ثُمَّ افْرُغَا مِنْ طَوَافِكُمَا، أَنْتَظِرْكُمَا هَا هُنَا ". فَأَتَيْنَا فِي جَوْفِ اللَّيْلِ. فَقَالَ " فَرَغْتُمَا ". قُلْتُ نَعَمْ. فَنَادَى بِالرَّحِيلِ فِي أَصْحَابِهِ، فَارْتَحَلَ النَّاسُ، وَمَنْ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ، قَبْلَ صَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ مُوَجِّهًا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ.

Narrated Jundub:Once the Prophet (?) fell ill and did not offer the night prayer (Tahajjud prayer) for a night or two. A
woman (the wife of Abu Lahab) came to him and said, "O Muhammad ! I do not see but that your
Satan has left you." Then Allah revealed (Surat-Ad-Duha):
By the fore-noon, and by the night when it darkens (or is still); Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor
hated you. (93)

Abdullah bin Buraidah narrated from his father:"I was sitting with the Prophet when a woman came to him and said: O Messenger of Allah! I gave a slave girl to my mother in charity and she died. He said: Your reward is already established, and your right to inherit her has returned it (that Sadaqah) to you. She said: O Messenger of Allah! There was a month of fasting due on her, shall I perform the fast for her? He said: Fast on her behalf. She said: O Messenger of Allah! She never performed Hajj, shall I perform Hajj for her? He said: Yes, perform Hajj on her behalf."
