Fortalt af Abu Dhar: Allahs sendebud sagde: 'Nogen kom til mig fra min Herre og gav mig nyheden (eller gode nyheder) om, at hvis nogen af mine tilhængere dør uden at tilbede nogen (på nogen måde) sammen med Allah, vil han komme ind Paradis.' Jeg spurgte: 'Selv hvis han begik ulovligt samleje (utroskab) og tyveri?' Han svarede: 'Selv hvis han begik ulovligt samleje (utroskab) og tyveri.'

Narrated Abu Dhar:Allahs Messenger (?) said, "Someone came to me from my Lord and gave me the news (or good tidings)
that if any of my followers dies worshipping none (in any way) along with Allah, he will enter
Paradise." I asked, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft?" He replied,
"Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft."

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَاصِلٌ الأَحْدَبُ، عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَتَانِي آتٍ مِنْ رَبِّي فَأَخْبَرَنِي ـ أَوْ قَالَ بَشَّرَنِي ـ أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ ". قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ " وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ ".

Abdullah ibn Umarfortalte, at Allahs Sendebud sagde: "Ingen bør malke en anden persons husdyr uden hans tilladelse. Ville nogen af ??jer ønske, at nogen kom til hans drikkested og brød ind i hans lagerhus og derefter tog hans mad? For det er kun yverne på deres husdyr, der opbevarer deres mad til dem, så lad være med at malke en anden persons husdyr uden deres tilladelse."
Engelsk:
Narrated Ibn `Umar:Allahs Messenger (?) said, "An animal should not be milked without the permission of its owner. Does any
of you like that somebody comes to his store and breaks his container and takes away his food? The
udders of the animals are the stores of their owners where their provision is kept, so nobody should
milk the animals of somebody else, without the permission of its owner."

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لاَ يَحْلُبَنَّ أَحَدٌ مَاشِيَةَ امْرِئٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ، أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤْتَى مَشْرُبَتُهُ فَتُكْسَرَ خِزَانَتُهُ، فَيُنْتَقَلَ طَعَامُهُ فَإِنَّمَا تَخْزُنُ لَهُمْ ضُرُوعُ مَوَاشِيهِمْ أَطْعِمَاتِهِمْ، فَلاَ يَحْلُبَنَّ أَحَدٌ مَاشِيَةَ أَحَدٍ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ ".

Uqbah ibn Amir sagde: Vi sagde til profeten: Du sender os ud, og vi bor hos folk, der ikke behandler os gæstfrit. Hvad synes du, vi skal gøre ved det? Han sagde til os: Hvis I bor hos folk, og de giver jer, hvad der er passende for en gæst, så accepter det. Men hvis de ikke gør det, så tag fra dem, hvad der skyldes en gæst. '.

Narrated `Uqba bin Amir:We said to the Prophet, "You send us out and it happens that we have to stay with people who do not entertain us. What do you think about it? He said to us, "If you stay with some people and they entertain you as they should for a guest, accept their hospitality, but if they dont, take the right of
the guest from them."

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ قُلْنَا لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِنَّكَ تَبْعَثُنَا فَنَنْزِلُ بِقَوْمٍ لاَ يَقْرُونَا فَمَا تَرَى فِيهِ فَقَالَ لَنَا
" إِنْ نَزَلْتُمْ بِقَوْمٍ، فَأُمِرَ لَكُمْ بِمَا يَنْبَغِي لِلضَّيْفِ فَاقْبَلُوا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلُوا فَخُذُوا مِنْهُمْ حَقَّ الضَّيْفِ ".

Abu Hurayrah fortalte, at Profeten sagde: "En ægteskabsbryder begår ikke ægteskabsbrud, mens han er en troende, ej heller drikker nogen alkohol, mens han er en troende, ej heller stjæler tyven, mens han er en troende, ej heller plyndrer han, mens folk rejser sig. Deres øjne er rettet mod ham, når han plyndrer det, mens han er en troende."
Og på Sa`ids og Abu Salamahs autoritet, på Abu Hurayrahs autoritet, på Profetens autoritet fortælles noget lignende bortset fra plyndringen.

Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (?) said, "When an adulterer commits illegal sexual intercourse, then he is not a believer at
the time, he is doing it, and when a drinker of an alcoholic liquor drinks it, then he is not a believer at
the time of drinking it, and when a thief steals, then he is not a believer at the time of stealing, and
when a robber robs, and the people look at him, then he is not a believer at the time of doing robbery.

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، حَدَّثَنَا عُقَيْلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لاَ يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهْوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلاَ يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَهْوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلاَ يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهْوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلاَ يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا وَهْوَ مُؤْمِنٌ ". وَعَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِثْلَهُ إِلاَّ النُّهْبَةَ.

Abu Humayd al-Sa'idi sagde: Profeten udpegede en mand fra Azd-stammen, kaldet Ibn al-Lutbiyyah, til at opkræve zakat. Da han vendte tilbage, sagde han: "Dette er til dig, og dette blev givet til mig som en gave." Profeten sagde: "Hvorfor blev han ikke i sin fars hus eller sin mors hus og så, om han ville få en gave eller ej? Ved Ham, i hvis hånd min sjæl er, vil ingen tage noget fra det (almissen, red.) uden at han bringer det med på Opstandelsens dag, bærende på det omkring sin hals. Hvis det var en kamel, ville den brøle, eller en ko, ville den brøle, eller et får, ville det bræge. Så løftede han hånden, indtil vi så det hvide af hans armhuler. "Oh Allah, har jeg overbragt budskabet? Oh Allah, har jeg overbragt budskabet?" Tre gange.

Narrated Abu Humaid Al-Sa`idi:The Prophet (?) appointed a man from the tribe of Al-Azd, called Ibn Utbiyya for collecting the Zakat.
When he returned he said, "This (i.e. the Zakat) is for you and this has been given to my as a present."
The Prophet (?) said, "Why hadnt he stayed in his fathers or mothers house to see whether he would be
given presents or not? By Him in Whose Hands my life is, whoever takes something from the
resources of the Zakat (unlawfully) will be carrying it on his neck on the Day of Resurrection; if it be
a camel, it will be grunting; if a cow, it will be mooing; and if a sheep, it will be bleating." The
Prophet then raised his hands till we saw the whiteness of his armpits, and he said thrice, "O Allah!
Havent I conveyed Your Message (to them)?"

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ اسْتَعْمَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَجُلاً مِنَ الأَزْدِ يُقَالُ لَهُ ابْنُ اللُّتْبِيَّةِ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ قَالَ هَذَا لَكُمْ، وَهَذَا أُهْدِيَ لِي. قَالَ
" فَهَلاَّ جَلَسَ فِي بَيْتِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ بَيْتِ أُمِّهِ، فَيَنْظُرَ يُهْدَى لَهُ أَمْ لاَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لاَ يَأْخُذُ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ جَاءَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَحْمِلُهُ عَلَى رَقَبَتِهِ، إِنْ كَانَ بَعِيرًا لَهُ رُغَاءٌ أَوْ بَقَرَةً لَهَا خُوَارٌ أَوْ شَاةً تَيْعَرُ ـ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ بِيَدِهِ، حَتَّى رَأَيْنَا عُفْرَةَ إِبْطَيْهِ ـ اللَّهُمَّ هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ اللَّهُمَّ هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ ثَلاَثًا ".

Urwah ibn al-Zubayr fortalte mig, at en kvinde stjal under erobringen af ??Mekka, og hun blev bragt for Allahs Sendebud. Så beordrede han, at hendes hånd skulle hugges af. `A`ishah sagde: Hendes anger blev accepteret, og hun blev gift, og hun plejede at komme til mig efter det. Så ville bringe hendes behov frem for Allahs Sendebud.

Narrated `Urwa bin Az-Zubair:A woman committed theft in the Ghazwa of the Conquest (of Mecca) and she was taken to the
Prophet who ordered her hand to be cut off. `Aisha said, "Her repentance was perfect and she was
married (later) and used to come to me (after that) and I would present her needs to Allahs Messenger (?)."

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ،. وَقَالَ اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، سَرَقَتْ فِي غَزْوَةِ الْفَتْحِ، فَأُتِيَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ثُمَّ أَمَرَ فَقُطِعَتْ يَدُهَا. قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ فَحَسُنَتْ تَوْبَتُهَا وَتَزَوَّجَتْ، وَكَانَتْ تَأْتِي بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأَرْفَعُ حَاجَتَهَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
